Ongoing subcontract work which involves TIG welding Aluminium vents for HVAC exit & roof access hatches. The size of the vents can range from 1000mm square up to 3000mm by 2000mm.
The HVAC vents are made from 2mm thick aluminum sheet pressings with a 5 degree pitch, supplied by the customer. These are completed with a quick turn-around, where necessary and in small batches these have been supplied within 48 hours ready for customer to install on site.
